Joining Fox in 2018, Caitlyn brings to our team a talent for design, a thorough attention to detail, and most distinctly, a joyful atmosphere. Her interest in design coms from the deep relationships people form with their environments. She enjoys designing curated experiences and believes it’s essential to understand how people use space, formally and informally, in order to design these spaces to work successfully and efficiently. This philosophy was evident in her Senior Capstone project, where she designed a café with a focus on seven different learning styles.

Caitlyn is a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and earned her Bachelor of Interior Design from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale (SIUc) where she served as a peer mentor for underclassmen, was a member of the Sigma Delta Honor Society, and, most notably, was the 2017 winner of Steelcase’s NEXT Student Design Competition.
